Yummy Mummies - Get Fit

This is a great full body workout. A combination of cardiovascular and strength training will get you fit, tone and condition the body and help you to lose weight. We do lots of different exercises such as star jumps, jogging and core strengthening. No more huffing and puffing up the stairs. You will see an increase in your energy and mood. Classes are 60 minutes in duration.

We always include some jogging in the class. Running is a great way of getting fit and losing weight. Running with a buggy is a good workout for your upper body too and is great to tone your legs and bottom - you will see what I mean after your first class!! You will soon be hooked on the happy endorphins your body releases during a run and this is something you can do yourself outside of the class.
